What you need :
- Tampons/Pads : It's important bring these because whether you are haven't get your period or you get, you can survive.
- Panty-liners
- Portable Advil : To relieve your pain such as cramps and headache.
- Feminine Wipes : Protect you from infection. Make sure you use ones that were specially design for your vagina.
- Underwear : If your underwear getting wet or dirty, you just simply change it again.
- Chocolate or another type of candies/snacks : if you hungry or just want to make you little less angry.
- Wet wipes : for on-the-move cleanups.
- Tissues : if you not found any toilet paper in the toilet.
- Deodorant : To prevent a bad smell in your armpits.
- Chapsticks : because your lips can get super dry.
- Hand Sanitizer : to kill germs, bacterias, and stuff on your hands.
- Hair Tie : To tie your hair because your face can get a little bit oily sometimes.
- Oil-control film : To soak up excess oil.
- Adhesive Bandage : Helps you if you are wounded.
- Mouth Mask : To protect your mouth and face from dust or wind.
- Mini Size of Lotion : If you feel your skin gets super dry.
- Comb/Hairbrush (or both) : if you have a bad hair day.
- Gum/Mint Strips : To freshening your breath.
Place it with a pouch !
